This event is an interactive and immersive experience, and at times physically and mentally challenging. For your own safety, you should be in good health and free of any medical conditions that could be aggravated by the experience. If you suffer any underlying medical conditions please make a member of the guestlist team aware now.
Please note elements of the experience will involve some physical activity and moving between different set parts, and you may be in a confined space for a short period of time and therefore some sections of the event may be unsuitable for persons who suffer from claustrophobia. The event contains flashing lights and shocking scenes. If you suffer from epilepsy or seizures, please let a member of the guestlist team know.
While the decibel levels in the event are at a legally safe level for all our audiences, cast and crew, if you are sensitive to loud noises we recommended you bring a set of earplugs. If you suffer from hearing issues, or are sensitive of hearing and require earplugs, please contact a member of the guestlist team.
Whilst we endeavour to keep our audiences as safe as possible, there is darkness, twists and turns and groups of people moving in and out of spaces swiftly. We strongly recommend that you do not attend the event if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant (or think you might be pregnant) and you decide to proceed, you will need to declare in advance that you are pregnant (or that you think you might be pregnant) and you accept that you will be participating in the event entirely at your own risk.
You will be asked to leave all personal belongings including mobile phones (switched off) at the start of the event, which will be kept secure in lockers during the experience. After the experience they can be recollected at the briefing venue. In any other case belongings are left entirely at your own risk.
There may be fake blood splattered and dust which may come into contact with clothing. We will not be able to cover any expenses in any case of clothing damage. We reserve the right (without refund) to prevent you from participating in the event (in our reasonable opinion) your clothing and/or footwear is not suitable for the event.
You may not bring or use within the venue any prohibited items including alcohol, illegal drugs or other illegal substances, fireworks, weapons, firecrackers, air horns, laser devices, flares, explosives, smoke canisters, bottles or any item that might be used as a weapon or compromise public safety or pose a hazard or nuisance. You may be searched and if found to be carrying any item categorised as above, you will be immediately ejected from the experience.
Food and/or drink are not permitted within the experience. Only food and/ or drinks provided at the briefing venue may be consumed then and there. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
The consumption of excessive alcohol or any drugs prior to the experience is strictly prohibited. It is at the staff’s discretion to decline your entry to the experience or briefing venue if you are a danger to yourself or others
This is a live immersive theatre show with live actors. Some scenes may be distressing. Acting in a way intended or likely to cause injury, annoyance, distress or anxiety to others, and/or acting in a way intended or likely to interfere with the proper operation of the experience is strictly prohibited. You may be removed from the experience by crew at any time if deemed to be acting inappropriately.
You may be touched by actors as part of the performance. It not permitted to touch the actors.
You acknowledge that in any case that the event may be delayed, interrupted, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, you will not be eligible for a replacement slot or any form of compensation. The event provider will not be liable to you for any loss of enjoyment or for any travel, subsistence, accommodation or any other arrangements or wasted expenditure relating to the event, which has been arranged by you.
The use of cameras, video cameras or any other electronic equipment that can be used to capture images, footage or audio of the performance are strictly prohibited. Mobile phones are permitted within the briefing venue only after the event, provided they are used for personal and private use only.
Upon entering the event site you (and all of your team) consent to be included in any film, photograph, audio and audiovisual recordings made by the event provider. Any such materials may be exploited in any and all media (existing now or in the future) for any purpose at any time throughout the world.
The event is indoors however it is a short walk from the briefing venue. Given the time of the year, the experience may be subject to lower temperatures. The experience will take place regardless of the prevailing weather conditions. Compensation or exchanges will not be offered under as a result of adverse weather conditions.
The event provider is not liable for any damage or loss you suffer at the event (including without limitation personal injury or damage to or loss of property) save to the extent caused by negligence of the event provider or its staff. These terms and conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
